Large mushrooms Soft cheese Tomatoes Spring (green) onions |

What to do |
1. Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and place the mushroom cups upside down on a baking tray. 2. Cut the mushroom stalks and the other ingredients into small pieces, or chop up roughly in a blender. 3. Put a spoonful of the chopped up mix into each of the mushroom cups. 4. Place under a grill and cook gently for 5 minutes or until the cheese mix has melted. 5. Remove from the grill, allow to cool a little and eat whilst still hot. |
